 QUALIFIED CHEF – FMCG AND RETAIL

Minimum Requirements:

• Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)
• Either Culinary Arts, Catering management or Food Service Management diploma
• Min of 3 - 5 years management experience within an FMCG retail store and in house restaurant
• HACCP certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce meals large retail store and in house restaurant
• Management of a huge staff compliment
• Training of all junior staff and trainees
• Stock Control

• Self Motivated
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• The ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback
